The things clients ask most often — about booking, healing, and what a result can honestly promise.
No. Nothing is charged online — you pay in the studio. All prices are in Swiss francs, and the price shown for your treatment when you book is the one that applies.
Before your appointment
- Check that your contact details and chosen treatment are right before you confirm.
- Cancel or move your appointment at least 24 hours ahead if your plans change.
- Arrive on time. If you're late, the treatment may have to be shortened so the next client isn't delayed.
- Permanent makeup, laser and other specialised treatments may need a consultation and a health and consent form first.
Healing & aftercare
- The initial healing period is about 7–10 days.
- Your brows will change while they heal — darker and more defined at first, then lighter as the skin recovers.
- The healed result is assessed after about 30 days.
- The touch-up appointment falls 30–60 days after the first one.
- For permanent makeup, following the aftercare instructions you're given matters for both the healing and the final result.
