Booking & cancellation terms

By booking an appointment with DARIVIAN BEAUTY, the client agrees to the following booking and cancellation conditions.

Appointments can be booked through our online booking system. After completing a booking, the client will receive an electronic confirmation using the contact details provided during the booking process.

Please make sure that your contact information and selected service are correct before confirming your appointment.

We understand that plans can change.

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, DARIVIAN BEAUTY reserves the right to charge 50% of the booked service price.

If a client does not attend an appointment without prior cancellation, DARIVIAN BEAUTY reserves the right to charge 100% of the booked service price.

Future appointments may require advance payment following a no-show.

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

If you arrive late, the treatment may need to be shortened in order to avoid delays for the following clients.

In case of significant delay, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Certain treatments, particularly Permanent Makeup, laser treatments and other specialised beauty procedures, may require a consultation and/or completion of a health and consent form before treatment.

DARIVIAN BEAUTY reserves the right to postpone or decline a treatment when a contraindication is identified or when performing the treatment would not be considered appropriate.

Results may vary from person to person depending on skin type, lifestyle, aftercare and other individual factors.

No specific result can be guaranteed.

For Permanent Makeup, following the provided aftercare instructions is important for the healing process and final result.

All treatment prices displayed on the website are stated in Swiss francs (CHF). Digital journals are priced separately — see below.

The current price displayed for the selected service at the time of booking applies, unless otherwise clearly stated.

Digital journals are electronic products delivered by email. Nothing is posted and no physical item is sent.

Prices for digital journals are shown in euros on the Bulgarian pages, in Macedonian denars on the Macedonian pages and in Swiss francs on the English pages. The price displayed is the price charged: it includes any value added tax due, calculated according to the country you are buying from.

Payment is handled by Stripe. DARIVIAN BEAUTY does not receive or store your card details.

After payment you receive an email with a link to download your file. The link is valid for 30 days and allows up to five downloads. If it stops working before you have saved the file, write to us and a new one will be sent at no charge.

Because the file is made available immediately, you are asked to confirm at checkout that you waive your right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days. This confirmation is required before a purchase can be completed, and is recorded with your order.

If your download link has never been used and you no longer want the journal, write to us within 14 days of purchase and the payment will be refunded.

Journals are licensed for personal use by the buyer. Copying, reselling, uploading or sharing the file is not permitted.

Songs, recordings and other external material referred to inside a journal belong to their respective rights holders. DARIVIAN BEAUTY does not own or distribute them; links and QR codes lead to public external platforms.
