21 days of coming back to yourself

There is a moment I know well — you stand in front of the mirror to do something perfectly ordinary, and what meets you instead is a list. Tiredness here. A change there. Something you cannot remember how long it has looked like that.

Mirror Reset is not an attempt to make you a different woman. I will not promise you a new life in 21 days, or a confidence you have never had. What I can offer is much smaller and much truer: twenty-one days of stopping for a few minutes and asking something other than the usual "what is wrong with me". Asking instead: what is happening with me, right now.

Mirror Reset

Written in Bulgarian. The whole journal — every day, every question, every note — is in Bulgarian. The page you are reading is not.

Who it is for

  • The woman who looks in the mirror and takes inventory before she takes a breath
  • The one who looks after everyone and reaches herself last
  • The one who says yes while she is thinking no
  • The one who rests only once her body takes the rest by force
  • The one who is not looking for a transformation, only for a little more honesty with herself

How a day is built

Every day follows the same order — not because the format matters more than the content, but because repetition is what turns an action into a habit.

A letter from Ivana. A short explanation of why this happens. A music ritual. A practice at the mirror. Questions to sit with. A beauty ritual. One small task away from the mirror. An evening reflection. And one trace of the day.

But no two days look alike — there are days for reading, days for writing, days with almost no writing, days with movement, days with silence.

The three weeks

  • 01 · I see myself, days 1–7 — standing in front of your reflection without editing it in your head
  • 02 · I hear myself, days 8–14 — what is missing underneath the tiredness and the obligations
  • 03 · I choose myself, days 15–21 — from noticing to choosing

This stays between you and you

Nothing written in these pages needs to be shared. Not with Ivana, not in the Telegram community, not with anyone you may have grown close to over the twenty-one days.

Write the way you would write if you genuinely knew nobody would ever read it. That is the moment this book works best.

What Mirror Reset is not

It is not psychotherapy, psychological treatment, or a substitute for professional support. It does not diagnose, and it does not treat depression, anxiety, trauma or eating disorders.

It is also not a before-and-after. There is no weight to lose, no better skin to reach, no physical transformation being measured.

If a subject opens something larger than a few minutes at the mirror can hold, that is not the process failing — it is a sign to look for support beyond these pages.

Questions

Bulgarian, entirely — every day, every question, every note. This page is in English; the book is not. If you do not read Bulgarian, this is not the journal for you, and it is better to know that here than after paying.
